Dr. Neil Brody is a board certified dermatologist practicing general and cosmetic dermatology with a unique approach to his patients. He completed his undergraduate degree at Boston University and subsequently went on to attend the New York University School of Medicine where he earned a Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD) in Immunology and a Doctor of Medicine degree (MD). Dr. Brody completed his Dermatology residency training at New York University and a fellowship in immunology at Cornell Medical Center. Upon completion of his training, Dr. Brody started the first photobiology outpatient centers in both Brooklyn and Long Island where he began an outpatient psoriasis care center. Dr. Brody has been involved in groundbreaking research in numerous facets of dermatology including work on the immunology of melanoma and more recently antioxidants and their effects on skin. Over the past 30 years, Dr. Brody’s collaborations with pharmaceutical and medical device companies have led to the development of lasers and topical products that are currently being used by countless practicing specialists nationwide.
In addition to his private practice, Dr. Brody has served as Vice Chairman of Dermatology at SUNY Downstate Medical Center where he ran the inpatient and consulting services and was the first laser officer at the center. He continues to run a weekly journal club and clinical conferences for the residents. While Dr Brody loves teaching and original research what he cares most about is patient care.
Dr. Naomi Dolly is a Board Certified Dermatologist. She completed her residency in dermatology at SUNY Downstate Medical Center. She is dedicated to helping her patients achieve and maintain their healthiest skin potential. In addition to treating general dermatology, Dr. Dolly takes special interest in patients with Connective Tissue diseases and cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. She is a current fellow at NYU Medical center in Advanced Medical Dermatology. She stays current on the latest breakthroughs in medical treatments, and cosmetic procedures to help provide the most advanced treatment options for her patients. Dr. Dolly looks forward to developing a long relationship with all of her patients.
Dr. Jeannette Jakus is a Board Certified Dermatologist, A lifelong New Yorker, she graduated from Columbia University with a double major in Premedical Sciences and Economics, received her medical degree from Thomas Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, she completed a pediatrics residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center and a dermatology residency and pediatric dermatology fellowship at SUNY Downstate Medical Center. Dr. Jakus also has an MBA from Columbia Business School, and is the inaugural recipient of the American Academy of Dermatology Translational Biotechnology Fellowship in Sophia Antipolis, France. Dr. Jakus is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Dermatology at SUNY Downstate Medical Center and a Clinical Instructor of Dermatology at Mount Sinai Medical Center. She is an active member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the society of Pediatric Dermatology, the Woman's Dermatologic Society, the Acne and Rosacea Society, and the American Academy of Pediatrics.
